Are you ready for Nissan READY! 

Over the course of three days, you’ll have the opportunity to attend informative workshops, listen to panel discussions about how to prepare for college, and network with your peers and seasoned professionals. All of these experiences are geared toward helping you grow as a person, expanding your horizons as you take the next step forward and prepare for life beyond high school.

We look forward to welcoming you on Wednesday, Feb. 19, in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Please fill out the official Nissan Ready 2025 Registration Forms and Attendee Waiver. Once you’ve completed the Attendee Waiver, please send the signed version to  nissanready@mpf.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Students will be provided with Nissan Ready! nametags, Nissan shirts, and an agenda upon arrival. Students will need to bring any personal or sanitary items (toiletries, chargers for electronics, etc.). Additional items to consider bringing:

  • Valid driver’s license or passport  
  • Any necessary medication  
  • Notebook, pen 
  • Clothes for three full days in the Nashville area, plus two days of travel. Please check the Nashville area weather before packing.  
  • Toiletries, sanitary items, sunglasses, etc. 
  • Comfortable shoes for walking  
  • A winter coat 
  • Smart Casual (plan for khakis and sneakers; blazer/sports coat is optional) 

Approximately six students and two chaperones from each of the 100 Black Men of American, Inc. affiliates will be attending.  

Throughout Nissan READY!, students will travel to Nissan Stadium, the Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology and more locations around Nashville for educational events, peer collaboration and interactive leadership events. Nissan READY! will conclude Friday afternoon.  

Nissan will coordinate travel and booking flights with each 100 Black Men affiliate lead. 

Nissan READY! will officially begin on Wednesday, Feb. 19 and conclude Friday, Feb. 21.  

Charter buses will be arranged to provide travel from airport to hotel. More information to come.  

Students and chaperones attending Nissan READY! will be staying at Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Nashville. Contact information for the hotel below:

No. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel each morning of the event. Lunch and dinner for other days will be provided. Students will have the option to select a lunch preference for Day 2 lunch when filling out the registration form.
